Onuwa considers MFM exit

Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries (MFM) FC star, Emmanuel Onuwa may not play for the Lagos team in the coming season as there are interests from several NPFL clubs and he told SCORENigeria he will consider them after he shunned such previously.

Onuwa, who was the player of the year for MFM FC last season, told ScoreNigeria.com.ng that some clubs are interested in him, but he is waiting on MFM FC to open contract talks with him.

“I have lots of offers from clubs ahead of new season, I am considering the offers, but I am waiting for MFM FC to open talk with me,” he said.

“I had lots of offers before last season, but I chose to remain with MFM.

“I will consider all the options this time around.”

The petit midfielder was pivotal in his team’s performance last season as they clinched CAF Champions League slot after they finished as runners-up behind champions Plateau United.
