Victor Osimhen set a sprint record during Napoli’s 1-1 draw with Cagliari at the Diego Maradona Stadium on Sunday.
According to Napolicalciolive, the lightning-quick Nigeria international clocked a top speed of 33.25 km/h, making him the fastest player on parade for both teams.
In the penultimate round of matches, Osimhen displayed an example of the speed he possesses; he shrugged off a challenge, found himself in a 1v1 situation and slotted past Torino goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu after sprinting forward from his own half.
In addition to being the fastest player on Sunday, he attempted six shots, and none of the players from Napoli and Cagliari managed to do better, with the second best player Lorenzo Insigne playing six shots.

Osimhen has mesmerized fans with his speed in recent seasons, he recorded 35 km / h or more in at least six Ligue 1 Conforama games in 2019-2020.
Ever since he recovered from a head injury, the 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup Golden Boot winner has been in brilliant form, contributing to seven goals in 10 appearances, and it is interesting to note that he started only five of those games.
