Ozil going to Man Utd confirmed by insider

It was a great weekend for Mesut Ozil as he earned Arsenal three points against Newcastle.

Ozil scored a screamer against the Magpies as he walloped a brilliant left-footed volley into the net.

But for how much longer will Ozil be at the Emirates Stadium?

As everyone knows, the German World Cup winner is out of contract at the end of the season. And if Arsenal want to command any transfer fee for Ozil, this January window is the final time they can cash in.

In recent months there have been reports that Man United could make a move for Ozil.

Ozil has previously worked with Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid, and they are said to have enjoyed a good working relationship.

And how sweet would it be for Mourinho to pinch an Arsenal star from under Arsene Wenger’s nose, and go on to win silverware with them?

So will Ozil move to Old Trafford?

Over the weekend, well-known social media personality Poet dropped a nugget of insider information.

Poet, who works for the likes of Copa 90, claimed that he’s heard from someone at Adidas that Ozil’s Man United move is happening.

Adidas are the kit maker for Man United.
