Rape Accusation: Photos indict Neymar

The woman accusing Neymar of sexually assaulting her in a Paris hotel on May 15 has reportedly included images of the player acting aggressively in a dossier handed to police.

Her complaint was made in Brazil, after she returned from Paris where she was flown out to meet the player.

Sources who have seen the images have told UOL that the player is seen acting aggressively before the time of the alleged crime.

Neymar responded to the accusations over the weekend by posting WhatsApp messages exchanged between himself and the woman, which could lead to a separate investigation for posting private images online.

Police have been investigating Neymar for distributing private photos of the woman.

The Brazilian made public the photos and private text conversations with the female in question during an Instagram video where he tried to explain himself.

Police visited the Granja Comary complex where Brazil’s national team is based to speak to Neymar, who is preparing for the Copa America this summer.

The player wasn’t present at the complex when police arrived, and he will be called to declare himself.

The police also stated that his phone would be seized by the Department of Criminal Computing Control.

“We want to have access to all of Neymar’s material, not just too edited videos,” the investigators said.

Neymar arrived at Granja Comary at a different time for training in a helicopter along with Arthur Melo, Dani Alves and Thiago Silva.
