Real Madrid strongly condemned the events and issued a statement denouncing the attacks against Vinicius. The club views these acts as an attack on the principles of coexistence in society. Real Madrid considers them to be hate crimes and has filed a formal complaint with the state attorney general’s office to investigate and hold those responsible accountable.

Real Madrid cited Article 124 of the Spanish constitution, which grants the public prosecutor’s office the authority to ensure justice and protect the rights of citizens.

They have sought the involvement of the state attorney general’s office due to the seriousness of the incidents, while also reserving their right to participate as a private plaintiff in any legal proceedings that may arise from this situation.
