Real madrid preparing for Bale exit

Bale could be set to leave Real Madrid.

According to ‘El Confidencial’, Real Madrid are getting fed up with Gareth Bale’s constant injury woes and are prepared to sell the Welshman… if they can recoup the £86m fee.

Bale swapped Tottenham for the Bernabeu in 2013 for a then world record transfer fee and has gone on to win a number of major trophies with ‘Los Blancos’.

However, his playing time has always been limited by injury problems, something Real are starting to grow tired of.

Bale recently picked up a calf problem that sidelined him for Wales’ crucial World Cup qualifiers against Georgia and the Republic of Ireland.

And the mentioned Spanish publication are claiming that Bale is in a ‘fight not to exhaust the diplomacy of [Zinedine] Zidane and the patience of Florentino [Perez]’ due his inability to stay fit.

Zidane ‘knows that he is a player with whom he can not count for a third of the season, at best,’ they added.

Bale has helped Real win three Champions Leagues in four seasons, but they are now considering parting ways with the 28-year-old, for the right price.

Jose Mourinho is known to be a long term admirer, could he tempt Bale to make the switch to Old Trafford next summer?
