Ronaldo is ready for his first La Liga appearance of the season.
The Portuguese was suspended for five games after pushing the referee during the Spanish Super Cup, but after finally completing his ban, Ronaldo is now available to make his first La Liga start of the new campaign.
The 32-year-old is expected to start the game against Betis, with his availability coming as a huge relief to Zidane given Karim Benzema’s continued absence.
Mateo Kovacic, Jesus Vallejo, Karim Benzema and Theo Hernandez all miss out on selection through injury, whilst youngster Achraf Hakimi is left out for tactical reasons.
The Real squad is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Navas, Casilla, Luca
Defenders: Carvajal, Ramos, Varane, Nacho, Marcelo
Midfielders: Kroos, Modric, Casemiro, Llorente, Asensio, Isco, Ceballos
Forwards: Cristiano, Bale, Lucas Vázquez, Borja Mayoral
