Nigeria talisman, Ahmed Musa is confident that the Super Eagles have what it takes to beat Argentina as both countries are set for a showdown on Tuesday in the last group D game of Russia 2018.
Musa, hit the headlines after scoring a brace which earned the Super Eagles a 2-0 win over Iceland on Friday evening at the Volgograd Stadium.
A win over Argentina will automatically land Nigeria in the next stage of the competition, while a draw too could see the African side advance depending on the outcome of the game between Croatia and Iceland.
Musa, who also scored a brace at the 2014 World Cup when Nigeria lost 2-3 to Argentina is prepared to hit the back of the net of the Albicelestes again.
“I think scoring against Argentina isn’t that difficult for me. We know the importance of the game: It’s do or die, we have to win,” the Leicester City player who has just completed a loan spell at CSKA Moscow told FIFA.com.
