Barcelona center-back making his century appearances last Wednesday night for La Roja 1-0 win over Iran in Kazan for their first victory at the 2018 World Cup finals in Russia.
The 41-year-old Shakira tweeted to congratulate her baby daddy for his achievement in an international football.
Pique has enjoyed great success with Spain, winning the World Cup in 2010 and the European Championship two years later.
