I sped past Argentina ―Ebuehi

Ado Den Haag defender Tyronne Ebuehi was excited to be on the same pitch as Sergio Agüero, Angel di Maria, Javier Mascherano, Nicolas Otamendi and Paulo Dybala in last Tuesday’s international friendly against Argentina in Krasnodar.

The Netherlands-born youngster is now talk of the town after his impressive performance against the two-time world champions and he followed up the performance with another impressive showing against Heracles Almelo in the Eredivisie last weekend.

”I did have some excitement indeed. It was a dream come true,” Ebuehi was quoted as saying by NOS.

”I did not contribute that much, I think it went well.

“I have a lot of speed and I try to use it, I think I left a good impression, it would be nice, the World Cup next year.”

Ebuehi, who turns 22 in December, replaced Cypriot-based defender Abdullahi Shehu replaced at half-time, with the Super Eagles trailing 2-1.
