Kazab Heritage Boss, Alhaji Kazeem Odeyeyiwa
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Kazab Heritage Ltd, Alhaji Kazeem Odeyeyiwa, has disclosed his readiness to invest more in sports development.
Speaking after meeting some selected sports journalists in Ibadan to mark his 50th birthday tomorrow, Kazeem stated that he has been supporting sports but still wants to do more in order to discover raw talents for the state and Nigeria in general.
He pointed out that the government cannot do everything alone, as he urged other well-meaning Nigerians to boost sports at the grassroots and take some children off the streets.

“I believe so much in sports because it’s a unifying factor that unites a nation and that is why I’m encouraging every individual to put in their best to support sports.
“I have been engaging the younger ones in different sports competitions in order to discover talents for the state and Nigeria as a whole and that is why I charge you sports journalists to help us in promoting sports. It should not be only football that will gain media attention, every other sport needs to be promoted in the media to attract sponsorship which I believe can give Nigeria medals at international competitions,” Kazeem said.
Also, Adesina Suraj of Ajolads has promised to organise an indoor game to celebrate the 50th birthday of the Kazab Heritage boss.
“I need to support my friend through this initiative and I believe we would achieve our aims of developing grassroots sports for the benefit of Oyo State and the country in general,” he said.
