Super Eagles’ defender, Stephen Eze has handed Coach Gernot Rohr an injury boost after making a full recovery in time for his side’s crunch Europa League playoff against Slavia Sofia tomorrow.
The former CHAN Eagles star, who missed Poldiv’s last league game due to injury said that he has fully recovered and could start for his side tomorrow.
“Yes, I’m back in training already. I trained with the rest of the squad for our game on Friday (tomorrow) so I am good and ready to go.
“I recovered earlier than expected so maybe I could play the game because it’s a crucial one for us but the coach said I will be assessed before the game on Friday,” Eze said.
Eze has featured in 10 league matches since joining in February and has started 7 of those games.
