Spectators were left bewildered after the camera panned to one fan at Goodison Park displaying her Blues badge
A CHELSEA fan bewildered football fans after turning out at Goodison Park to watch Everton take on Manchester United.
TV views were left in amazement after spotting the woman during the afternoon Premier League clash on Sunday.
Supporters’ questions can finally be answered, for the crest was stitched onto the jacket of die-hard Chelsea fan Emily Rogawski.
And she explained, writing on her Instagram account: “I LOVE Chelsea and I LOVE football! So wouldn’t want to miss a game like this! Especially when tickets were only £15.”
Rogawski, who describes herself as both a ‘Football Chick’ and a ‘Blonde Mamba’, is a sports psychology student in England, while studying for a degree in public relations and journalism in her native America.
The New York-born fan added: “Being an American living in England is a dream with all the football surrounding me so I try to go to as many games as I can.”
But Rogawski did have a bone to pick with Jose Mourinho over his team selection.
She said: “I was also really hoping to see @bastianschweinsteiger.”
To hammer home the message, Rogawski said: “BUT LIKE SERIOUSLY… I rep Chelsea everywhere I go! What would you expect me to wear?”
Some shocking defending from Marouane Fellaini – brought on to disrupt any Toffees attack – resulted in a penalty for Ronald Koeman’s side, who snatched a late goal to draw.
