Super Eagles pocket $37,500 each for Cameroon win

It has benn revealed that each player of the Super Eagles will receive in total at least $37,500 for the 3-2 win over Cameroon last Saturday at Alexandria Stadium, Egypt.

The win set a date with South Africa in one of the quarterfinal in the ongoing 2019 AFCON on Wednesday night in Cairo.

A breakdown of the Dollar Rain for the players shows that an Eagles sponsor Hosa Okunbo will give each players $20,000 as bonus, while the Lagos State Government promised $5,000 to each player.

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has already agreed a bonus of $12,500-a-man for the Round of 16 tie.

This is besides the $75,000 Eagles sponsors Aiteo promised for the three goals they scored against the Indomitable Lions on Saturday.
