Banter and lamentations were in full flow as Tottenham Hostpur and Paris Saint Germain (PSG) both crashed out of the Champions League in the round of 16 stage.
Tottenham played out a bore 0-0 draw with AC Milan, with the Italians having the advantage courtesy of a 1-0 win in Italy. PSG on the other hand were undone by two second-half goals from former player Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and Serge Gnabry.
As is customary with Champions League nights, Twitter was in full activity, here are some of the best tweets from the night.
