Tokyo Olympics: Brume wins Nigeria’s first medal

Ese Brume on Tuesday morning won Nigeria’s first medal at the ongoing Tokyo 2020 Olympics, with a 6.97m leap in the women’s long jump event.

The three-time African senior champion in the long Jump won bronze medal while current world champion, Malaika Mihambo from Germany claimed first position with a 7:00m leap and USA B. Reese came second with silver medal.
