CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke feels there will be no favourites when Borussia Dortmund face Tottenham in the Champions League last-16.
The Bundesliga leaders were paired with Spurs when the draw was made on Monday, with the first leg set to be played in London on either February 12 or 13 and the return fixture the following week.
Dortmund are enjoying a stellar campaign and sit nine points clear at the top of the German top-flight standings, with long-term rivals and champions Bayern Munich third behind Borussia Monchengladbach.
BVB have been made favourites to progress from the battle with Mauricio Pochettino’s side, but Watzke will not be taking the opposition lightly.

‘There are only tough ties in the Champions League last 16,’ he told the club’s website. ‘I believe we have a 50-50 chance in our tie with Tottenham.
‘It’s the third time the two clubs have faced each other in European competition in the space of three years. The head-to-head record currently stands at 1-1. We want to go through.’
