Transfer: Real Madrid plot €100m move for Osimhen

Real Madrid are reportedly preparing a bid worth over €100 million to sign Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen from Galatasaray, according to a report by fichajes .

The Spanish giants are said to be targeting Osimhen as part of plans to strengthen their attack ahead of the next season. The club believes the striker’s strength, speed, and goal-scoring ability make him an ideal fit for their system.

Fichajes also reports that Osimhen’s arrival could allow Kylian Mbappé to return fully to his preferred position on the left wing, while Madrid gain a natural centre-forward to lead their attack.

However, negotiations are expected to be difficult, as Galatasaray paid €75 million to sign Osimhen from Napoli and are unlikely to allow his exit without a significant profit. The Turkish club is expected to demand a fee that reflects both his sporting and market value.

The report further suggests that Osimhen’s potential move to Madrid could have a ripple effect across LaLiga and the wider European transfer market.
