Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira has tested positive for Covid and will not attend their match against Tottenham Hotspur on Boxing Day.
The match will still go ahead despite a number of positive cases in the Palace squad in the build up to the match.
Assistant manager Osian Roberts will take charge of the match in Vieira’s place, the club confirmed on Sunday.
Three Boxing Day Premier League matches have already been postponed due to Covid outbreaks, leaving just six matches set to go ahead.
