In a recent interview with French outlet Le Figaro, Olivier Giroud has revealed what he said when he first faced Eden Hazard in a Chelsea training session.
“Sometimes, there’s two or three players around him and he still manages to get out in tight spaces”
Speaking about Hazard, Giroud stated: “When I discover Eden Hazard in training for my first session at Chelsea. I told myself: ‘F*ck, it’s hard to get the ball off him’.
“Sometimes, there’s two or three players around him and he still manages to get out in tight spaces.

“He’s a magician, he’s impressive. Now, I’ve started to know him and I don’t find myself near him. It’s better for him and for me.”
Chelsea are enjoying a great start to the season under new boss, Maurizio Sarri.
The Blues are the only English side to remain undefeated in all competitions this season.
Chelsea currently sit third in the league having won eight and drawn four so far this campaign.
One player in particular who is benefiting greatly from having Sarri at Chelsea is Eden Hazard.

So far this season Hazard has made 11 Premier League appearances for Chelsea, in which he has scored seven and assisted four.
Hazard was also key to Chelsea beating Liverpool in the League Cup, coming off the bench to register a goal and assist as Chelsea won 2-1.
The winger is also currently on international duty with Belgium.
