Zambia FA appoint assistant coaches ahead of Nigeria clash

The football body has announced two assistant tacticians for the Chipolopolo ahead of their World Cup qualifier against the Super Eagles

The Zambia Football Association (FAZ) has announced the appointment of Chintu Kampamba and Aggrey Chiyangi as the assistant coaches for the national team ahead of their Fifa 2018 World Cup qualifying tie against Nigeria.

The FA earlier this month appointed Wedson Nyirenda as acting head coach while the duo of Kampamba and Chiyangi will assist him as the Chipolopolo plot a way out of their tricky group also containing Cameroon and Algeria.

Chiyangi was appointed in May alongside Elijah Chikwanda to work with then acting coach, George Lwandamina while Kampamba, an ex-international who played at the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations.
