No fewer than 200 golfers from across Nigeria are expected at the one-day golf tourney in honour of the immediate-past Captain of Ibadan Golf Club (IGC), Mr Olumide Oyediran.

Speaking with Sporting Tribune, Oyediran, said the tournament scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday) was organised to mark his stewardship as captain of the club.

He said adequate logistics had been put in place to make the event a memorable one.

“At least we will have more than 200 golfers from across the country for the tournament. This is because golf is now gaining momentum due to publicity and television rights.
