The Super Falcons doubled their advantage five minutes after the breakthrough of Rasheedat Ajibade.
Barcelona Femeni star Asisat Oshoala dribbled past her marker on the right before setting up the winger.
Oshoala got her name on the scoresheet 68 minutes after she was teed up by Kanu.
Ajibade got her second of the game four minutes later with Oshoala providing the assist again.
