Gareth Bale could make the starting lineup in Cardiff.
NATIONAL team coach Chris Coleman has left Gareth Bale out of the Wales squad, so that the Real Madrid man can concentrate entirely on the upcoming Champions League final.
Wales are looking to qualify for the World Cup ahead of crunch clash against Serbia, but Chris Coleman will be without main man Gareth Bale. The coach has favoured the former Tottenham star’s interests, allowing him to focus solely on the Champions League final which will take place in Bale’s hometown.
Gareth has joined his teammates in training to try and make it in time for the final, though his place in the starting lineup is still a mystery, with Isco making stellar performances in recent weeks.
Coleman believes there should be no debate: ‘It all depends on Zidane. He’s played a small part of late. If there’s any chance of him to start, he has to start. That’s with any team. He’s that good and Real Madrid know that. If he doesn’t start it’s because he’s not fit for 90 minutes. We want Real Madrid to win because he’s one of our own’, he recognised.
