Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann has revealed he wants his future sorted before he jets off to the World Cup this summer, putting Barcelona and Manchester United on alert.
The French ace has been tipped with a move away from Atleti at the end of the season.
He was strongly linked with a switch to Old Trafford last summer but a deal never came to fruition.
Griezmann instead remained with the Spanish side and penned a new contract as a transfer ban would have prevented Atleti from signing a replacement at the time.
La Liga rivals Barcelona are now reportedly the favourites to land the 27-year-old.
Griezmann is set to be offered a bumper new contract by the Madrid club in a last-ditch attempt keep him at the Wanda Metropolitano, according to reports in Spain.
But he insists he is keen to resolve the speculation over his future before the World Cup kicks off in Russia.
“I want to travel to Russia without this concern,” he told L’Equipe.
“It’s not about knowing where I’ll play, but about having the peace of mind if I’m still in one place or another.
“It may be boring, but I have told my sister that, whether I stay or not, this will have to be resolved beforehand.
“What bothers me the most is that everyone asks me about this issue.”
Griezmann has made 38 appearances this season, scoring 23 goals and producing 13 assists.
