According to sources, Bayern Munich is willing to part ways with Sadio Mane, who joined the club from Liverpool in the summer of 2022 for £35m.
In 22 Bundesliga outings, the Senegal international has recorded seven goals and four assists, failing to live up to expectations.
Mane has also faced disciplinary issues off the field, including a physical altercation with teammate Leroy Sane that resulted in a suspension and a fine.

Bayern’s new manager, Thomas Tuchel, is reportedly unimpressed with Mane and is prepared to offload the 31-year-old to fund the signing of a new central striker, with Harry Kane and Randal Kolo Muani on their radar. However, Mane’s wage demands could limit the number of clubs able to afford him, and his age means that Bayern is unlikely to demand a significant transfer fee.
Interest in Mane is expected from the Premier League, where he has previously played for Liverpool and Southampton, as well as from Paris Saint-Germain.
In addition to a new central striker, Bayern is also interested in signing Chelsea forward Kai Havertz. Although Havertz has primarily played in a central role for Chelsea, Bayern views the 23-year-old as a replacement for Thomas Muller, who typically plays behind a striker.
