SEVILLA and Argentina have agreed on Sampaoli’s transfer, as announced in an official statement made by the Spanish club.
The manager will leave Sevilla on the 1st of June, according to the Spanish club. They refer to the situation as an ‘agreement in principle’, which will be finalised once both parties sign the corresponding documents.
The agreement in principle is ‘pending drafting and presentation’ and it must be signed by Sevilla and the AFA by next Thursday.
Sevilla have also revealed the negotiations for the release clause, with the Argentinian Federation willing to pay the 1,5 million euros stipulated on the contract.
Jorge Sampaoli says goobye to the Andalusian capital, after only one season in La Liga, and having qualified the team for the Champions League.
