Meanwhile, Super Eagles defender Abdullahi Shehu was on target for Anorthosis in Cyprus as they struggled for their third win in ten league games.
Shehu scored his first league goal as he sealed the 3-0 vitctory over Doxa Katokopia with a 85th minute strike at the Antonis Papadopoulos Stadium.
Anorthosis FC are placed seventh on the Cypriot first division table with 14 points from 10 games.
