We are confident of winning the Federation Cup

The Solid Miners’ boss has declared it is nothing but the silverware when they battle the Anambra Warriors in the league cup showpiece

Nasarawa United chairman Isaac Danladi has boasted of his team’s confidence to lift the trophy when they face fellow Nigerian Professional Football League side, FC IfeanyiUbah in the Federation Cup final at the Teslim Balogun Stadium on Sunday.

The Barrister said that the unwavering focus his Kabir Dogo-led side developed as a result of their one-week camping – prior to the showpiece – will come to great effect when they face off with Raphael Everton’s team.

“We are very focused on winning this competition. For one week, we camped in Ibadan to avoid distractions, and we have confidence that we are ready to go for it on Sunday,” Danladi told thenff.

The showdown marks first ever domestic cup final appearance for both teams.
