Didier Drogba couldn’t resist a backhanded complement after Arsenal breezed past Chelsea on Saturday evening.
The Gunners were rampant in the first half with goals from Alexis Sanchez, Theo Walcott and Mesut Ozil capping one of their best displays in recent years.
Chelsea, meanwhile, were poor as their disjointed attack was overshadowed by a woeful lack of defensive organisation and discipline.
Drogba has been one of the pivotal figures in this fixture in the last decade and has scored 16 goals in as many appearances against the Gunners during his career.
And while he praised his former rivals and Walcott for their display, his message of congratulations included a little dig.
‘Congrats on your win bro @theowalcott but it is easy for the mouses to dance when the cats aren’t there,’ he posted on Twitter.
