Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr says he is not disturbed by Nigeria’s loss to the Czech Republic in their last warm-up match before the commencement of the World Cup in Russia.
He added that with less than ten days to Nigeria’s first group match at the World Cup, the Super Eagles are not ready yet against their opponents Croatia.
The three-time African champions lost 0-1 to the Czech Republic on Wednesday but the German coach says the results of the matches to be played at the FIFA World Cup are more important to him.
“We have nine days to be ready for our match against Croatia. As of today, we are not ready. I am not sad because of this result. The result that matters will be in Russia,” Rohr said after the match on Wednesday.
