Liverpool midfielder Emre Can has reportedly agreed on a four-year deal with Juventus and will complete a medical this week.
The German’s contract with Liverpool expires at the end of this month and he has been free to speak with other clubs since the turn of the year.
Can has been linked with Juventus throughout 2018 and it appears a deal has now been struck, according to the latest reports in Italy.
The 24-year-old joined Liverpool in 2014 from Bayer Leverkusen and made 167 appearances, netting 14 times, but his time at Anfield looks set to end in the coming weeks.
The report claims Can, who is not part of Germany’s World Cup squad, will travel to Turin this week to undergo a medical before finally completing his move.
Liverpool fully expected Can to leave at the end of 2017-18 and they have already reinforced with two midfielders.
Naby Keita agreed a move from RB Leipzig last summer but he remained with the German club for a further year, while Fabinho was snapped up from Monaco this summer.
