Chelsea star Hazard has been linked with a move to Real since the summer of 2018 and is now on the verge of completing his switch to the Spanish capital.
And the first signs that the transfer has been completed are now out in the open for all to see. The Belgian’s new Real shirt has been spotted hanging up in the official club store.
