House hearing on 3SC relegation holds today

The sitting on the activities of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) initiated by the Chairman, House Committee on Youth and sports, Honourable Fatai Adesina would take place today.

It will be recalled that the Oluyole Warriors finished in the relegation zone at the just-ended 2016/17 Nigeria Professional Football League season, along with Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS), Gombe United and Remo Stars.

The House Committee on Youth and Sports had invited the management of 3SC, Oyo State Football Association, officials of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, representatives of Oyo SWAN and other football stakeholders to a sitting today to look at the problems facing the club and to chart a new course for the club in the coming years.

Meanwhile, the four relegated teams including 3SC, upon ratification by the League Management Company (LMC), will compete in the Nigeria National League (NNL) next season.
