Arsenal are within touching distance of the Premier League title after Monday’s 1-0 victory over Burnley moved them five points clear of second-placed Manchester City.
However, the title race is still not settled, with Manchester City having a game in hand that could narrow the gap before the final round of fixtures.
The earliest Arsenal can be crowned champions is Tuesday night, when Manchester City travel to face AFC Bournemouth.
If City fail to win at the Vitality Stadium, the gap to Arsenal would remain at four or five points with only one match left to play, leaving the Gunners in control of their destiny.

A draw or defeat for Pep Guardiola’s side would effectively end the race, as Arsenal would go into the final day needing only to match results to secure the title.
Victory for City, however, would push the contest to the final day of the season.
In that case, Arsenal will travel to Crystal Palace on Sunday, while City host Aston Villa in their final fixture.
If Arsenal match or better City’s result on the final day, Mikel Arteta’s side will be crowned champions after a 22-year wait.
There is also a scenario where Arsenal could still win the title even if they lose at Palace, provided City fail to beat Aston Villa.
Arsenal have spent 556 days at the top of the table since the 2022–23 season, more than any other club in that period, underlining their sustained push for the crown even before the finish line comes into view.
