The main tournament is expected to tee off on Saturday, November 17 by 6:30am.
Chief Medical Director, UCH, Professor Tope Alonge promised that there will be an improvement in this year’s edition in terms of organisation.
“This fourth edition is actually the valedictory for me as Chief Medical Director of UCH and I am convinced that some of the objectives of setting up the Health Workers Golf tournament have been met.
“In our team, we have optome, medical lab scientists, administrators, doctors in different departments and hopefully very soon, we will have physiotherapists in our midst because golf is life.
“The objectives are to allow us to interact with one another, promote inter professional harmony and also keep us healthy.

“We are expecting no fewer than 90 male and 10 female golfers and we are also expecting golfers from different hospitals across the country because it’s not going to be a UCH affair alone, Alonge said.
Meanwhile, Wasiu Olatunde will be aiming to win the UCH Workers golf title for third consecutive time in this year’s edition.
