Ibrahimovic destroys Cristiano Ronaldo’s overhead stunner

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has hilariously trolled Cristiano Ronaldo’s outrageous overhead goal in Real Madrid’s 3-0 thrashing of Juventus.

The Portuguese superstar stole the show in the Champions League first leg last night in Turin, scoring the opener before pulling off one of his greatest ever finishes.

Even Juventus fans packed into the Allianz Stadium couldn’t help but applaud the wonderful effort.

But not everyone was as impressed.

Speaking on US TV show Sportscenter, Ibra claimed that his famous overhead strike against England in 2012 was better than Ronaldo’s.

“It was a nice goal, but he should try it from 40 metres,” he said.

The sublime bicycle kick in the international friendly was Ibra’s fourth of the night as the Swedes beat the Three Lions 4-2.

It comes after the 36-year-old added yet another sensational strike to his repertoire on his debut for LA Galaxy at the weekend.

Despite being some 40 yards away, the former Manchester United star spotted LAFC keeper Tyler Miller off his line and let rip with a blistering half-volley.

He added a second with a last-minute winner to win the derby 4-3.

After the game, he revealed: “I heard the crowd saying ‘we want Zlatan, we want Zlatan’.

“So I gave them Zlatan. They were pushing me, and I was giving back.”
