LaLiga entertains Nigeria fans in Lagos

Lekki Leisure Centre in Lagos was the place to be for football fans on Saturday, November 21 as LaLiga hosted a watch party with 60 fans and journalists witnessing the LaLiga match between Villarreal and Real Madrid.

The encounter did not disappoint, producing two goals as Villarreal held Real Madrid to a 1-1 draw at the Estadio de la Ceramica.

It was, however, not just about the game, but rather the atmosphere created by the watch party in which the crowd enjoyed the football, danced to the music, and also had a feel of the LaLiga trophy that was on display at the event.

La Liga regional manager for Africa, Juan Botella was excited by the successful hosting of the watch party.

“We are so grateful to the people of Lagos for joining us and enjoying together of what has been a great match. This experience has been fantastic and we are already looking forward to doing more of this,” said Botella.
