THE League Management Company (LMC) has charged FC IfeanyiUbah for breaching its rule governing the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
As contained in a statement on the website of LMC, FC IfeanyiUbah will pay the sum of N3 million for refusing to continue the NPFL Match Day 1 game of the 2016/17 season against Kano Pillars on Saturday in Kano.
The club will also forfeit three points and three goals from the NPFL game which shall be credited to their opponents, Kano Pillars.
FC IfeanyiUbah will also further forfeit three points from accrued points which will be suspended for a probationary period of the remainder of the NPFL season and they will also pay a fine of N5million for hindering and infringing the live TV broadcast of the NPFL game against Kano Pillars. And also for conduct capable of bringing the NPFL to disrepute, the club was fined the sum of N1 million.
