Kylian Mbappe wants Paris Saint-Germain to sign N’Golo Kante from Chelsea this summer.
Mbappe, who has scored 21 goals for the Ligue 1 champions this season, was asked who his ideal summer signing would by for PSG.
And 19-year-old Mbappe revealed that Chelsea enforcer and France team-mate Kane would be his choice.
“Kante, according to our needs and also the quality of the player,” Mbappe said when asked who he would like PSG to sign by beIN Sports .
“I think he’s a player that would suit our team perfectly.
“He is French, bring back a Frenchman for the attractiveness of our Championship, it would be good.
“I think all the French like N’Golo Kante, and it would be a pleasure to have him in our league.”
Kante, 27, has made 44 appearances for Chelsea this season, having won back-to-back titles with Leicester and Chelsea.
Last month Kante cooled reports of him moving to France this summer.
French outlet 10 Sport in January claimed PSG had made Kante their no.1 summer transfer target as they look to improve their Champions League credentials.
But Kante has suggested Chelsea is “my club” despite this season’s failings, following last year’s Premier League title triumph.
“I am at home. It is my club, I am a Chelsea player,” he told the London Evening Standard.
“This is my second year at Chelsea. After what happened last season, it was a very good one for us because we got to celebrate winning the title.
“In the second season, I have got to play in the Champions League and we are going again to finish in the top four.
