The defender blamed team’s errors for his side’s African Beach Soccer Cup of Nations opening defeat against Soro Lohognon’s side at the Eko Atlantic
Ghana’s beach soccer defender Kofi Aziz has admitted his side’s costly mistakes saw them crash to a 5-0 African Beach Soccer Championship against Cote d’Ivoire.
After Ghana’s opening humiliation against the Pharoahs, Aziz assured that the Black Stars will give everything to secure the maximum points against Egypt.
“We are not disappointed though we know some mistakes we made we saw us go down,” Aziz told Goal.
“We are going to try our best to win the second match. So we are going to play our match against Egypt like it’s our final match.
“If we lose then we know that we’re out. A win in our second match will help us gain some hopes and hopefully, we can still qualify from the group.
“They should continue to pray for us and should not be the worry as we hope to bounce back against Egypt.
