Patrick Beverley, a seasoned NBA point guard known for his tough and aggressive playing style, recently shared a personal habit he practices to stay in top shape before games.
During an appearance on the ‘Pat Bev’ podcast hosted by Rone on Barstool Sports, Beverley commented on former NBA player Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife Larsa Pippen’s claim that she had sex with Scottie four times every night during their marriage.

Beverley, however, revealed that he abstains from sex the night before a match to ensure that he has fresh legs on the court.

“I don’t have sex the night before matches. I want to have fresh legs… you know what I mean?” said Beverley.
The Bulls player admitted that his wife, Mandana Bolourchi, isn’t thrilled about this habit but has learned to accept it.
“My wife is going to kill me,” said Beverley, who acknowledged that he has a hard time when they play games every one or two days.
