Valencia was blasted by fans and boss Jose Mourinho but claimed his marriage was already over
A NURSE bedded by Manchester United star Antonio Valencia said last night she had done his wife a favour by exposing the love rat.
Sophie Vagsaeter, 24, apologised to devastated Zoila Meneses, who has now split from the £90,000-a-week wing-back.
But she told The Sun on Sunday: “While I’m sorry their marriage is over, she is definitely better off without him.
“He’s a creep. He’s cheated on his wife countless times. She has had a lucky escape. He thinks his money gives him so much power he can do anything.”
We revealed last month the pair romped in a hotel on the weekend United lost 2-1 at home to bitter rivals City.
Valencia was blasted by fans and boss Jose Mourinho but claimed his marriage was already over.
The humiliated star, 31, insisted: “It is important to clarify that my current civil status is single.
“Over the past months I have not had any formal relationship.
“As usual, my efforts are focused on my professional career and on my daughter.”
But Sophie told how, as she waited in her hotel bed for him the day after the derby, she was stunned to see he had posted a photo of his wife and ten-year-old daughter on Instagram describing them as his “motivation”.
And she said she laughed out loud at him saying he had been focused on football.
Sophie, from Norway, recalled: “Valencia paid £1,600 to fly me from Bergen to Manchester and crept out from his home to have sex with me in a hotel.”
The night before the defeat he begged her to send him photos, and declared: “I love you. Want to see you tomorrow.”
And the Ecuador international was sending her texts 89 minutes before kick off.
After our revelations he rang Sophie, bleating: “I’m a little sad about what is happening.”
Sophie said: “He sounded very anxious, like he’d had some abuse from manager Jose Mourinho and his wife. He was very sheepish and said he’d had a few calls.”
Valencia, who we revealed in 2014 had sent explicit selfies to two women and asked them to join him for hotel sex sessions, had wooed Sophia over the internet for 13 months.
He spotted a cheeky snap on her Instagram account in August 2015. It showed her naked with a pal, looking out across a mountain in Norway, the pair each putting a hand on the other’s bum.
Sophie said: “I was rather taken aback and thought his profile must be a fake. Then he sent me a picture of himself chilling out in a garden in sunglasses and making a peace sign. He just said
‘Hola’.
“We began messaging privately and got to know each other. He sent me photographs of him sunbathing and visiting Ecuador. I even got one of him with his mother.
“He must have asked me three or four times to visit him. He kept telling me how pretty and beautiful I am. I always refused. But finally when I had some time off work I agreed. He said he would treat me like a queen. I thought, ‘Why not?’
“I certainly didn’t know then that he had been in trouble before for meeting women online and begging them to visit him for sex.”
Valencia sent Sophie pics and videos of his toned body. A 13-second clip showed him working out in a gym, and a nine- second one featured him dancing to music and preening in front of a mirror, while wearing only tight blue Lycra shorts.
On Thursday September 8, two days before the City showdown, he sent a selfie taken on a private jet for which the club had paid £60,000 to bring him back from an international in Peru.
Sophie flew to Manchester on the Friday for a five-day stay at the city’s Hilton Hotel.
Valencia gave her a tour of Manchester in his £130,000 silver Range Rover. Sophie said: “As I climbed in he kissed me and said, ‘Wow! You’re so beautiful’.”
They did not have sex that night because Valencia had to return to the team’s hotel due to a strict pre-match curfew.
But instead of sleeping, at 10.05pm he sent a shirtless pic of him having his hair done. It was followed by the plea: “Send me a sexy picture my love.”
He arranged for Sophie to get a VIP ticket for the sell-out Saturday lunchtime game. And he sent her a snap of the Stretford End entrance he had taken from the team bus before a previous match.
Sophie said: “It was odd he had those photos saved in his phone of the correct entrance I should use.
“Now, after all that has happened, I can only assume he regularly sent the images to women who he has arranged tickets for.”
At 11pm on the night after the game he arrived at the hotel. Sophie said: “He was passionate and romantic in bed.
“He kept complimenting me on my blue eyes, big smile and big boobs. I have a lot of tattoos and he wanted to explore each one.
“He showed me his own, and explained why he had them done.
“He was stroking my hair and we began kissing, then twice had sex. He was very normal and average. It was nothing out of the ordinary but he has a great body.
“The next day he told me he was taking his daughter out to a fashion show. I was then very surprised to see that he had posted a picture of his wife and daughter on Instagram, and told his followers how much he owes to them.
“I was still in the hotel bed we had slept in. It showed he didn’t care and it makes a mockery of Valencia claiming his marriage was dead before we slept together.
“He told me about his wife, that he was very unhappy and had been with her 12 years – ‘much too long’ as he put it.” Valencia, who shared a £2million home with Zoila in Altrincham, Cheshire, has talked on Facebook of his belief in God and boasted about being a “devoted dad”.
Yet in 2014 beautician Katy Latham, then 24, told The Sun on Sunday he had sent her snaps of his manhood, plus others of him in tight boxer shorts.
He offered to fly her to Manchester and book a hotel. But single mum Katy said: “When I looked him up and saw he has a wife and a child, I just thought he was a disgusting creep.”
He sent other explicit photos to a 20-year-old student who he also invited to hotel trysts.
Last night Sophie said: “He thinks he can get away with anything. I feel for his wife, and she should be glad they have split up.”
