Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford in action against Chelsea
Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has called for patience as the squad continue to get to grips with Marco Silva’s style of play.
The Merseyside outfit are yet to taste defeat in four Premier League outings, however, they have only picked up one victory.
Silva’s arrival in the dugout this summer has brought about a change in philosophy at the club and it appears the squad are currently struggling to adapt.
Pickford says the squad have been working tirelessly to meet Silva’s demands but admits it was never going to happen overnight.

“It doesn’t happen overnight but that is why we train hard every day at Finch Farm,” Pickford told Everton‘s official website.
“If we continue to do that, hopefully it makes it easier on a Saturday afternoon.
“It will take a bit of time. The manager has come in and wants us to play good football that is easy on the eye. We have got the ability and the capability to do that. We have got to trust ourselves and if we do that, it will make it easier.”
