Pillars demand N15m from Plateau Utd on Gambo Mohammed

Kano Pillars have asked Plateau United to pay 15 million Naira if they wished to have the services of striker Gambo Mohammed, Scorenigeria.com.ng has been informed.

Gambo Mohammed is hugely experienced on the African continent having featured for the Sai Masu Gida side in their four attempts on the continent’s Premier interclub showpiece, CAF Champions League.

And with Plateau United set to take a shot at the championship, the Jos side found quality and potential in the forward.

It was revealed that the former Rivers United transfer target has held talks with the hierarchy of the 2016/2017 NPFL champions.

“We’ve held talks with Gambo Mohammed and he has agreed personal terms with the management”, an official informed SCORENigeria

“Right now we are discussing with the management of Kano Pillars for his clearance.

“But Pillars are demanding for N15m as transfer fee.

“But the technical director of Plateau United is handling that and we are hopeful of getting his clearance because Gambo has continental experience and will be a good addition to our team.”
