Russia 2018: Eagles should be optimistic ―Croatia’s coach

Croatia Head Coach, Zlatko Dalic has revealed why the Super Eagles were optimistic ahead of Nigeria’s Group D Clash on Sunday at Kaliningrad Stadium.

He made this known on Thursday after his team and officials arrived at the Radisson Hotel where they will stay in Kaliningrad.

The 51-year-old asked journalists about the mood in the Nigeria camp and they told him the players were very relaxed and optimistic.

However, Dalic said Gernot Rohr’s men have every right to be optimistic because they have players in Chelsea, Arsenal, Leicester and others.

”They have the right to be optimistic, they have players playing in Chelsea, Arsenal, Leicester City,” Dalic said, as reported by Sportske Novosti.
