Super Eagles remains 47th on FIFA ranking

As Super Eagles of Nigeria ready for next month mundial in Russia, the team have maintained their 47th position and 6th in Africa in the latest FIFA world ranking.

According to the ranking table on the FIFA website on Thursday, Nigeria still has 635 points to remain sixth in Africa behind the likes of Tunisia, Senegal, Congo DR, Morocco and Egypt.

Germany national team remain the best team in the world as they remained first ranked country in the world while Brazil is in second, Belgium in third, Portugal fourth and Argentina fifth.

In sixth place are Switzerland, France are seventh, Spain eighth, Chile ninth and Poland 10th.

The next FIFA ranking will be published on June 7, 2018.
