Victor Moses backed to beat Jose Mourinho

Goal readers believe Chelsea are favourites to beat Manchester United on Sunday

Chelsea forward Victor Moses will be reunited with Jose Mourinho on Sunday as the Blues welcome Manchester United to Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.

The Portuguese coach achieved great success in West London during two spells with the capital club, but left under a cloud at the end of 2015 after his reigning champions imploded spectacularly.

Moses arguably never got a fair opportunity under Mourinho, being sent out almost permanently on loan to various Premier League outposts.

Under new coach Antonio Conte, however, the Nigeria forward appears to have found his niche and looks to have finally become a key man for the Pensioners.

Admittedly, he’s been somewhat shoehorned into the side as a right wing-back, but Moses has adapted well to his new role—he’s scored twice this season—and is finally making up for lost time at Chelsea.

According to Goal readers believe Chelsea are favourites to beat Manchester United on Sundayreaders, the Super Eagle is the overwhelming favourite to take all three points when Mourinho brings United to the capital on Sunday.

90 percent of those who responded to a Goal poll have backed Moses to have the last laugh when United and Chelsea go toe to toe this weekend, with only 10 percent expecting United—who have won just one on their last five EPL matches—to get a positive result.
