Arturo Vidal
Chile and Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal has become an expert in winning the league and just last weekend, he got his hands on his seventh straight league trophy.
Bayern’s 4-1 win in a Bavarian derby with Augsburg sealed the victory and the third Bundesliga winners’ medal since the 30-year-old moved to Germany in 2015.
Before that, he won four back to back Serie A titles with Juventus between 2012 and 2015, building on his three previous league titles with Colo-Colo in his native Chile.
With 10 league titles in the bag, the explosive midfielder has equalled Eduardo Vilches as the most decorated footballer in Chile’s history with 18.
One of the first names on the team sheet in normal circumstances, Vidal was rested against Augsburg due to a knock to his knee.
