The football event was part of a broader Workers’ Day initiative by PromiseLand Estate, which included over N50 million in cash rewards, free fuel distribution, and plots of land for selected beneficiaries.
The programme was led by the Chief Executive Officer, Ambassador Dr Lawrence Oloche, alongside the Executive Director, Amb. Gift Emmanuel.
Free fuel was distributed at selected filling stations, including Kubwa Expressway, Airport Road/City Gate, and Wuse Zone 5, where motorists received half-tank refills.
Five spectators also won plots of land through a raffle draw conducted during the event.
The event attracted personalities such as former Super Eagles players Samson Siasia and Brown Ideye, as well as Charles Okocha and Habeeb Hamzat.
Speaking at the event, Dr Oloche said the initiative was designed to recognise workers and promote social welfare.
According to him, the company remains committed to community development and economic support programmes.
Beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the support, noting that the intervention provided relief amid current economic conditions.
